Response to COVID 19
In February 2014, the Plurinational Constitutional Court of Bolivia issued Plurinational Constitutional Ruling No. 0206/2014 (SCP), which eliminates judicial authorization to access a legal abortion when the pregnancy is the result of rape, statutory rape, incest or abduction; and also when the pregnancy endangers the life or health of the woman.
